1. The air compressor suddenly stops during operation

The reasons are:

(1) The suction pressure is too low, below the low pressure lower limit value of the pressure relay

(2) The exhaust pressure is too high, causing the high-voltage relay to act and power off

(3) The oil pressure is too low, and the oil pressure relay acts as a relay

(4) Motor overload, thermal relay action relay

Exclusion method:

(1) Check the cause. If the pipeline is blocked, the pipeline should be unblocked, and if the system refrigerant is insufficient, replenish it

(2) Check the cooling capacity or cooling air volume of the condenser

(3) Check the oil delivery system pipelines and oil pumps

(4) Check if the power supply voltage is too low or if the cooling load is too high

2. Excessive exhaust compression

The reasons are:

(1) Insufficient cooling water volume for water-cooled condensers or insufficient cooling air volume for air-cooled condensers

(2) The surface scale of the condenser tube cluster is too thick or the oil stain is too thick, causing difficulty in heat dissipation

(3) There is air in the refrigeration system

(4) Excessive refrigerant filling

(5) The valve in the exhaust pipeline has malfunctioned, causing excessive pressure

Exclusion method:

(1) Check if the valve is fully open, increase the water supply, or check if the motor voltage, speed, and transmission belt are too loose

(2) Clean the scale, brush the oil stains, and make the surface of the condenser tube cluster clean

(3) Release air

(4) Discharge excess refrigerant

(5) Check and correct the valve

3. Causes the wet stroke of the air compressor

The reasons are:

(1) Thermal expansion valve malfunction, opening too large

(2) The solenoid valve fails, and a large amount of refrigerant enters the evaporator discharge pipe after shutdown. When restarted, it enters the air compressor

(3) Excessive refrigerant filling in the system

(4) The temperature sensing package of the thermal expansion valve is loose and not tied, resulting in an increase in the opening degree of the thermal expansion valve

Exclusion method:

(1) Close the liquid supply valve and repair the thermal expansion valve

(2) Repair the solenoid valve

(3) Release excess refrigerant

(4) Check the binding condition of the temperature sensing bag

4. The air compressor is stuck

The reasons are:

(1) Dirt and impurities in the lubricating oil

(2) The oil pump delivery pipe is blocked, causing the cylinder to run out of oil and the piston to become stuck

(3) The crankshaft pin of the oil pump main gear inserted into the crankshaft is twisted and broken, causing the oil system to cut off oil

Exclusion method:

(1) Replace with new lubricating oil

(2) Maintain the oil pump pipeline

(3) Repair and replace the main gear shaft of the oil pump

5. Abnormal sound in the cylinder

The reasons are:

(1) The dead center clearance in the cylinder is too small

(2) Excessive clearance between piston pin and connecting rod size bushing

(3) Broken valve disc

(4) The sound of oil splashing from the crankshaft or connecting rod big end

Exclusion method:

(1) Adjusting the thickened cylinder gasket

(2) Replace the piston pin or bushing

(3) Immediately stop the machine and replace the valve disc

(4) There is no need to shut down for a short period of time, such as stopping for inspection after a few minutes

6. There is noise in the crankcase

The reasons are:

(1) Loose connecting rod nut

(2) Excessive clearance between connecting rod big end bearing shells

Exclusion method:

(1) Stop the machine and retighten it

(2) Replace tiles
